The clothes were a joke; the socks, the flips, the shirt. If I dressed like that I would have to kick my own a$$. I just wanted to play with the Tiki Guy pendant and he said "Tiki Guys" dressed like that. No, I am not a space traveler, but I do know one and he came and saw me yesterday, today. Yes, people are sending me tikis/carvings just so I can take pictures with them. It is a good gig.

As for painting the man-room dark; no way Jose. This is not a "tiki-room" like some folks home bars. I like primitive anthropomorphic sculpture not bars and stuff and lighter walls are best for viewing and displaying sculpture. My house is all designer painted/papered - I no mess with it.

The LCD light on my computer took a dump and I'm going to be off line for a bit until I can get this thing fixed or replaced. Those of you who know how to reach me are welcome to do do, just don't try by computer. I'm writing this with a flash light against my monitor while sitting in the dark; it sux. I hope this can be repaired.....

My jimmy-rigged computer has finally bit the dust. I am now computerless aside from my work machine - and I can't upload pics from here. Sorry. I'm shopping for a new machine but it may take a little time to get it, get it set up, and figure out how to bybass all the new whiz-bang stuff.

I mosty sanded and did some fine tuning on the big guy, so there wasn't much that pics would show anyway. Sorry.

Ahoy! I got some computer pieces parts together and I am I have this thing held together with spit and a few hose clamps. I'm using pieces from my Pentium 1 machine from the mid 90's :lol:

The degree of Difficulty in this is unnerving, that cedar being so chippy and of course all the detail under the arms and hands where you can't reach with your chisils! SO HOW did you DO it? You Must have a Miniature helper like trained termites ??Huh? Spill it!

Tikisgrl - I had the through the missing feetz shoe shot in there for you because I've been gone so long. Next floor shot will have feetz.

Here are a few pics of a Marq hair ornament I carved from a piece of deer leg bone. The bone is from a ten point buck that I harvested a few weeks ago. I cooked a big bone-in venison rump roast and then took the bone out and carved this little bugger. Happy happy.

The new bone carving is really cool too, but the tang is still my favorite!! Take it easy on downloading though before you fry this setup!
