Come Join us the May to celebrate 5 years of the Tiki Caliente Event.

We are looking for our Loyal Caliente Crew to help us recruit some like minded people to join in on the fun this upcoming May.
We have sent emails to all individuals who have pool side rooms to pre-book and get the same room as last year. We will also reach out to others
who have stayed in non-view rooms and building 2 (Quite Village) to give them a chance to book before we go public on Feb 2nd.
The Hotel has upgraded a lot of the common grounds and it looks great.
We will not exceed 500 people.

Hope they can do a better job of keeping the pool clean. That thing gets nasty by the second day!!

well that's what happens when people get drunk and pee in the pool.
you can't clean pee outta water, you have to drain and refill.
very expensive.
don't pee in the pool people.

and or, suntan lotion/sunscreen comes off and gets the water cloudy.
no way around that either.

I agree. I love the History of this Travel Lodge. Over the years the changes have been minor. Just enough to stay up with changing law's.

The upgrades they installed for "The Curve" are a great bonus,but it still is the "Travel Lodge" to me too.

Well, you can make it a 4-day event by booking Thu and Sun nights! Rory thought of it all.

I wonder, from the old school photo, how many cars ended up in the pool? YIKES!

In 2010 Sunday was the day for the Diehards. The people who enjoy the smaller crowds but still hang with a group of like minded folks.

In 2011 Thursday became that day,Because everyone heard how good Sunday was the year before and we still had 70% of the crowd staying till Monday.

As we are officially a 3 day event,we do have a larger group of people staying on Sunday and coming early on Thursday. We want to reward the people coming early and staying later with the best rates possible so you will get less live entertainment during Thursday or Sunday Night,But you still have the best people to hang out with and some great booze and tunes filling the warm desert air.

Thursday and Sunday nights will be an option when you book your room,or a possible add on closer to the date.

On February 2 at 10a.m. Wristband/Room Packages will go on sale to the general public. These package options will give you the ability to pay for your on ground room and wristbands to all general area entertainment. The standard package will be for Friday and Saturday night stay and your choice of wristband quantity. You will also have the ability to add on Thursday or Sunday for your weekend package.

Follow our official Tiki-Caliente facebook page if your interested on day-to-day news updates.

Pool side rooms will be pre-sold to people who have been at past events and have first right to those rooms via the loyalty program.

& most importantly, are doggies still allowed?
oh- & will the 2nd smaller pool still be there? (our room last yr was right in front of the back small pool & it was always empty!)

There was another pool? Or are you talking about the spa?

Unless they did something to it during the remodel there was a second pool there last year.
