Okay, maybe I am a freak, but a great deal of the tiki world is sad to me. I listen to the music and I just wish I was there then. It's all so sad to me. I don't see anything wrong with that, but that's a huge part of my feelings. Maybe I am a lonely soul. But I hear Maururu A Vau and I am sad. I think of lost love of lost dreams of a sad place. Maybe I am drinking too much alone in my bamboo shack, but still, it's there in the music. There is a sadness....
