Sam's Wines' Gourmet section has Urban Accents Citrus Sugar & Berry Sugar for $3.99 plus S&H. I'd assume that you'd make a Citrus Sugar by burying some zest (Lemon, Lime &/or Orange) in a jar of sugar. This's the same way you make Vanilla Sugar (bury the Vanilla Bean in a jar of sugar after you scrape out the seeds to use in a recipe). You just have to shake the jar ocasionally. Rev.
