Howdy! Just wanted to introduce myself. Name is Brian, aka KopeKahuna... and I am a long time Polynesian-nut in Baltimore. I have lived everywhere (including Hawaii Kai on Oahu) and have seen many Tiki Bars and Restaurants in my travels. I am looking to open a Coffee company in the next few months (preferably in Florida) and plan on making the Roaster's retail outlet (aka coffeehouse) Tiki-centric. That's it for now. Maholo!
