In November 1992, Maudite, containing 8% alc./vol., was the first strong beer with being distributed in the food network québécois. It is also about first beer brewed in America which offers an evolutionary taste. Young person, it is of a great softness whereas been useful after several years of guard, it offers savours which evoke Oporto. It is a beer with the colours of mahogany tree, well racée, with the rich collar and which releases a marked and complex savour. It is about a beer of character because of the heat which emerges some. It must be been useful fresh, but not cold.

Maudite accompanies perfectly the pastes, the red meats, the spiced ragoûts and dishes. One also gains there to serve it out of aperitif and digestive.
