Hi! In reference to this part of your post: "The web site mentions "The Beachcomber Tavern" 5300 something E 2nd Street. That beer bar was opened by a husband and wife who hired Perry Barrett as one of the first bartenders there. He may remember more details." Do you think that the husband and wife that owned the bar in 1961 were Donald (Bill) Wilson and Jo Ann Wilson by chance? Is there anything else you know about that place, besides the rough night you had there :) Thanks! |
