My husband suggested we crack open the absinthe last night, but I chickened out and made us a vodka and soda instead, mumbling something about absinthe being 'too complicated... spoon thingy... sugar...' but truth was I'm a little chicken to unleash the fee vert at 10 pm on a monday night.

When we finally crack it, it'll probably have no effect on me and my champion liver, and I'll be disappointed! But I do expect my less alcoholically experienced husband to be running around chasing little green men through the living room.
