Kevin, thanks for your podcast. Listened to Episode 66 for the second time this evening, after receiving my Stiggins Fancy from Hi-Time last Friday. The bottle's half gone (I have been sharing), and think it's fantastic. The Pineapple Daiquiri is great; tonight I reduced the simple syrup to 3/4 oz and like that a bit more than Adrian's formulation.
