Been drinking but not posting lately so here's a quick recap. Trying some new Mai tai rum variations tonight in anticipation of an upcoming party.

Big Bamboo (recipe doubled) from a couple nights ago. Nice drink if you've got the white grapefruit. Bottled or red just doesn't cut through with this one.
