There was a restaurant outside of Austin named johnson's trading post and goat was on the menu. It was great. However the best part was their carry out. You could order half a barbecued goat and you would get the whole half..not cut up into pieces. We would take it home and eat it off the bone. We could finish it in a couple of days. We would then put the whole skeleton out by the trash can and watch people's reaction when they walked by. It was a hoot. Those were the days.
