I gave up making dram when St. Elizabeth became available locally... put some in a bitters dasher so I can easily dash small amounts into cocktails. I do the same thing with Pernod too, instead of getting out the eyedropper to measure out 6 drops at a time for all those old Donn Beach recipes calling for Herbsaint/Pernod

After Bitter Truth pimento dram I learnt 'if you don't use a lot, don't buy a big bottle unless you know you like it'. I'm surprised Bitter Truth even put out their pimento dram - ill try Saint Elizabeth's one day but my home-made works well so why would I change?

Good idea tho - i have a separate smaller bottle with a dropper with Pernod in it :) it'd probably work with pimento dram too!
