Well to me you really don't have to explicity use the word "hillbilly" if you take into consideration the history of Country music. "Hillbilly" back in the 1920's through the 1940's, was the popular term for the musical genre we now refer to as Country.

Here's an seminal Hulabilly example from 1929...

Everybody Does It In Hawaii by Jimmie Rodgers, performing his Hillbilly yodel.

If you take the Hillbilly out of Hulabilly, all you'll have left is the Hula. :)
