Hello, does anyone own the book "Introducing original Polynesian tropical bar recipes ... mai tai, navy grog ... and many more" from Dick Moano (Aku-Aku) or does someone have a digital copy of it? I can´t find anything about this book in the internet and i think it would be very interesting. Was there a mention of the mai tai recipe before 1963? Trader Vic published his first recipe of the mai tai in the 70s. did´t he? Cheers from |
