Hey Krik
Actually, I cannot resist even the most remotely tiki items. Sometimes my remarks are tongue- in- cheek. Our children are grown (we're empty nesters) and my Tikiqueen has allowed me to convert an extra bedroom into a tiki room. The tiki room is full-layers and layers of finds and much stuff in boxes. I have a tiki bar outside (seats six) but most of my stuff is in boxes awaiting somewhere to be displayed. My wifes brothers just completed a huge wooden patio for us. Most of it is protected from the rain and sun so I gots me a clean slate to tikify. It's got the classic California look with one freaky touch on the outside. It has an "A-frame" facade facing the pool.As soon as the skylights are in place I intend to start posting pix in "home tiki bars".
I did not mean to come off as critical in any of my comments on your collection. I liked it all!
Cheers,
David
