Tiki & Buzz are my dogs names. My son thinks Buzz if for Buzz lightyear :)

I'll have to agree with our Special Agent (a Hanford designation, so be careful) Poly Pop. Something's up with your first post, you're either Squawker or his alter-ego. We've seen 1,000's of first posts and it's always the reincarnated losers that start off hammering on established members.
P.S. How much did your condo appreciate in value this quarter?
