Tuesday, March 20 is the Vernal Equinox for planet Earth, a long-standing excuse for throwing Pagan rituals, orienting pyramids, and the like. Exotica is the official music of the Vernal Equinox (at least to us) so won't you join us tonight as we set the backdrop for your Rite of Spring! Magic elixirs in the guise of Tiki drinks will aid you to achieve the sought after ritual trance mood!

We would also like to extend a belated happy birthday to Sandy Warner, enticing cover girl for many of the classic Exotica LPs, including the holy grail, "Exotica," by Martin Denny. Sandy Warner has the same birthday as Les Baxter (although quite a few years younger)- March 14. She was 22 when she modeled for the iconic record cover, and eventually became known as "The Exotica Girl." She graced a total of 16 covers for Martin Denny alone!

So we've got a Pagan Ritual and a tribute to Sandy Warner going on tonight, which somehow seems to work. ; -)
