I think Wayne is saying that the trademark logo that he's had for 37 years, which was done by SHAG,and currently isn't on his website, was ripped off by Stonetikis for his logo for his own website.

I saw 4-5 different vendors at Tiki Oasis last year who used that same Moai on their cards/etc.

I always thought it was a hybrid of the Kahiki that Lake posted and this one:
