Pat O'Brien's Cyclone drink - Tiki Drinks and Food

Has anyone ever tried to make a Pat O'Brien's Cyclone from scrathc. The Pat O'Brien's Hurricane made of rum and passion fruit is their most famous drink and their mix is available in power or liquid from at most liquor stores. However the Cyclone is a votca based drin. I am guessing it is mabe with orange J, lemon J and something else. They sell the cyclone powdered mix also but most liquor stores do not carry it.They serve it in a cool looking brandy glass with spout. Any ideas?
