Actually Tiki was created as a gimmick to get people to drink in bars, eat in restaurants, and stay in hotels. There was no purist scene as much as we'd like to imagine it. (But out of commerce sprouted art.) The true "scene" is the Tiki Revival of today. :) [ Edited by: JOHN-O 2011-10-13 23:14 ] |
