However, there are no minutes (or agendas) posted, even though certainly agendas are required to be posted by the CA Brown-Stirling open meeting act. The Case Study report, on pg. 11, states: "At the time of writing, there is an effort by preservation advocates to designate the Tonga Room, a Polynesian‐themed and rare example of the Polynesian and Tiki designs that attained popularity at midcentury.
