Custom Tiki statue carver needed - General Tiki

I am planning on installing a pool and I want to have a huge Tiki head at one end, as a fountain, with water pouring out of its mouth into the pool. I would also like to put candles or torches in the eyes at night so they light up. It needs to be big- I'm thinking five feet tall or more. Since it is to be outside and in all weather conditions, it should be carved in stone or some durable material. Can anyone steer me in the right direction for something like this? Thanks.
