Kudos to Jeremy for what he's done with the Tonga Hut !! Not only has he restored this former "jewel in the rough" back to its original Tiki glory but the guy's not afraid to take risks either. He's allowed the lunatics (Hiphipahula, Marty Lush, Grog etc.) to take over the asylum and it's resulted in what might be most innovative Tiki bar around when it comes to mixology, music, and art. Is this the Donn Beach of the 21st Century ?? :)
