I always make meals from scratch! that's my deal man, Heretics! well to be fair, more then half the time I use canned chrushed tomatos and premade chicken & beef stock, but you can really taste the deference when you make it from scratch, of course cost & time is a major factor for all of us. But I like to use spices & fresh herbs as a base to all the dishes I cook, no packets or boxes!!!! well I do use Pancake mix to. Damn! Damn again! Damn some more!
