I only use real butter when I cook, Julia Child is the Patron saint of Butter!
(I don't exactly practice low fat cooking, I do use Olive oil when oil is called for)

I have only used it with French cooking methods i.e.most everything cooked in butter & Indian food.
(Note: for the non cooks out there, Clarified butter & Ghee are the same thing)
