I finished the sculpt on Amy's mug and it survived firing, now I'm starting to glaze it. Because I have a tiny kiln, it's cheap to operate - I often glaze fire complicated pieces in stages. If I accidentally get glaze on an area that's already glazed and fired, I can wipe it off before I fire it again. (Did that make sense? :-? )
