The decor was tastefully done (more puffer fish than I had ever seen in one place were a great focal point). The dining area was comfortable in an elegant manner with great artwork on the walls. This was definitely not a place for T-shirts, shorts or thongs.

The Luau food was fabulous. We enjoyed our Mai Tais. I had dinner there in March with my daughter and we enjoyed everything and looked forward to a return visit. If you go online and read their menu you won't be able to make up your mind either so you just have to try it all.

Servers were a little distracted. Table settings were very nice. We did sit next to an "A" lister from the music world.

I remember this location when it was Carroll O'Connor's "The Gingerman". It was always crowded, loud and a happy place to be in Beverly Hills.

The Luau will be missed. Today their phone had a message saying to "leave your number". When they reopen they should make the bar larger so their drinks could entice you to linger for dinner.
