Try ACE Hardware for the grill insert. I have two of those grills, one with and the other without the grill insert.

Yesterday I made one stop and found these items...

Two Trader Dick's matchbooks. Up until last month I had never seen these in the wild, now I have four.

Kona Kai Inn 5191 Las Vegas Blvd SO Las Vegas Nevada matchbook.

Zombie Hut Sacramento matchbook. This is a black and white version I have never seen. My other one and all of the others I have seen are yellow and brown.
