Burbank is way cooler than any place in the OC. Here's 5 reasons why:
- Blue Room (maybe even cooler than Tiki Ti)
- Smoke House
- Bob's Big Boy (the original)

- Smoke House - I was horribly underwhelmed with my $35 steak...full of gristle...never again
- Bob's Big Boy (the original) - NOW We're talkin'....LOVE BBB....I'm walking distance...Friday Night Car Hop...Vrroooom !

- Chili John's (even though I got a stomach ache there) - Never been, but I will see your Chili Johns and Raise you one Larry's Hot Dogs....I eat there a few times a week.Awesome !
Burbank Minuses...
It's in the Valley.....
No Ocean, No Ocean breeze, No Ocean smell, No Sunsets over the Ocean....I like the Ocean !
HEAT......It gets HOT in Summer. High Heat = HIGH Electric bills :(
No Tiki ANYthing in Burbank....BIG minus.
Burbank Pluses...
Convenient location to downtown, Hollywood (although, why would I want to go THERE anymore ?)
Damon's is one town over :)
Traffic is amongst the lightest in LA...compared to west side/Culver City to Venice and Santa Monica, it's a dream.
Freeways all around. great for when you need to get the hell OUT of Burbank
I get to tell people I live in "Beautiful Downtown Burbank", like the guy on the old game shows.
OC has negatives I know, but the nice parts I named sure are pretty.
