Unfortunately, in these economic times (I am so sick of starting sentences with that phrase!), I would guess that business is down for the Buhens. The only way to make the same amount of money with less patrons is to increase your profit margins. If they were to decrease prices with less customers, obviously the Tiki-Ti would not be long for this world. I'm going to agree with what Tiki Diablo said on the page before, we need to support every last Tiki establishment out there. I'm quite sure Mike Sr. didn't just wake up one morning and say "Hey, I know how to screw loyal customers and get rich quicker at the same time..raise drink prices!" My guess would be that it has to do with continuing to break even. Have you seen how much Myer's Rum goes into an Ooga Booga? Two ounces my ass. Oh...and I love smoking in there as well. And farting. But more smoking and drinking. Maybe I've said too much...
