I was a restaraunt manager for 13 years. Wondering why Kona was failing? I just gave you one possible reason. I liked everything else about the place except a rude bartender. And thank you, Sven. Anyone who knows me in person knows I am shy and very docile. I did not go into that bar pounding on the counter and being a demanding customer like so many whose asses I had to routinely kiss when I was a manager. Jess and his buddy were indeed hacking dry ice at the bar to try and get rid of a BLACK guy who may or may not have been homeless. I was sitting right there. Why don't you who said I was retarded ask him about it?
