"Wow, Glen! That was in Latvian!!" ~Jet Set Planet listener

HIGHLIGHTS from the Feb 16th show. YOu can LISTEN NOW at http://www.jetsetplanet.com
(just push the "Listen Now" button)

*Lovers, Strangers, Berry Lipman, Merkins, and me.

*We take a Stereo Action Holiday in a Hurry when we start the evening with Music for BANG, Baa-rOOM and Harp.

*Dick Dia plays a slow, soft, dreamy version of the Fugitive. Man I could fall in love with an ex-con that sounded like that!

*A 4 song set of German Master Hackster Berry Lipman, including Starship Strut from the forgotten TV disaster "Star Maidens."

*Loads of soundtracks in the 2nd half of the show -- some from comedies, some from crime films, but all with that Jet Set Planet sound.

*Tony Newley confirms what a son-of-a-bitch he is! (Includes the David Bowie reference I've been looking for!) From the LP "...Can Hieronymus Merkin Ever Forget Mercy Humppe and Find True Happiness?" I guess we'll find out.
