Does anyone think this place is a good investment? I love Sam's and the history that is in that building, but the fact is that it is too big and on prime land for condos or a chain of retail stores. It's time for someone to build a tiki bar or make a tiki bar in that area. Small,Dark, good drinks and a sassy bartender.
Frank's in Vegas has the right idea.
Let a fan who loves tiki with some business sense run the show.
I don't want to be negative I just want to be realistic
This is no different in Palm Springs,My partner and I are thinking or starting a tiki bar from scratch because the one's that are out here just don't do a good job or even care.
Tiki is about history but some times you have to make history not relive it!!!!!!Dig that!!!!!!!!
Hey Rory...what was that place you had a tiki event at las year ? Oh right the Caliente Tropics....An old Tiki place that got revived by someone with some money and and a willingness to restore it to it's former glory....
Oh, Sorry, what was the question ?.....
