What a great day... 27 degrees (that's celcius,around 80F, I thinks) I literally just snapped these pics in my yard of a Moari style bird house, my son Liam (6yrs) and I built recently. The project was really cheap. The wood was free offcuts from a local supplier and the thatch is scraps from a fence I made a while back. The Moari tikis are fiberglass, so they are perfect for outdoors...I found one at a garage sale several years ago & Liam happened to find an identical one at the local markets, for a buck!, a few weeks back. The post is a nice piece of bamboo from the local hardware, only $5...I grabbed a few more for future projects! Anyway hope you like it...a great little project for those with kids (or those without too!) *ALSO.....
