Cass - Hey thanks for hunting down those images for me. Those trophy heads are very intriguing for sure. I'm only going to do a couple of these hand built Cobra's Fang mugs...The Cobras really need to be black on these few mugs I build, but I think I would like to do just one that has an albino cobra on it.

Bullet - thanks for the props! I also had to sleep with one eye open while that Babaloon was floating around here...he scared me too :) I'm glad you and JonesEy had a killa time down here. Counting the days down till next year.

Kaimuki - I sorry I missed you at Oasis too. It would be wonderful to post up with you and talk shop for awhile...09 for sure.

Aloha - Man it was really cool meeting you...you is one talented hombre for sure. Glad to hear that the weather didn't take you out down there. Next year brother, we can do it all over again.

Teaks - Hey thanks for those images!! It would be cool if someone started a thread that just focused on original Polynesian clay works. I'm sure there is more out there, it's just somewhat elusive as wood carvings seem to be the main focus in all the reading materials.

Mad Doggie - Great talking to you on the phone last night...It makes me soooo happy that your jumping into clay so hard. Keep up the momentum!

Well, I'm starting to get the shape down a little better on this guy now. After one more sitting with this guy tonight, I should be able to start drying him out.
