The Trader Vic's Revised Bartender's Guide has a recipe for the tiki puka-puka. Unfortunately, it lists TV's Navy Grog Mix as an ingredient. Anyone know if the earlier 1940's edition of the Bartender's Guide has a more complete recipe? |
