Hey Chef Frank, Your menu looks great. I have a tropical themed restaurant and banquet room in Northern Indiana. I love cooking for the theme nights. It's a nice change of pace for myself & my customers. What ingredients did you use for your Kalua Pork? By the way, my bartender Pam pours the best Mai Tais in the state... Take Care, Scott |
