Great Question!!!!!!!!!!! The answer is NO!!!!!!Sugar Town is about a night of Passion with Sammy Davis Jr. I also heard ,that is were Sammy lost his eye.....Because Sammy was going DOWNTOWN!!!!! DOWNTOWN was also written about Sammy Davis Jr. and his need to be the CANDYMAN!!!! A little more history about Sammy is that the original version of Mr.Bowjegals was to be called With the Dig for the Cellar.....I have all ready started with a spoon See ya in the Springs!!!!!!!
