A nice room it turned out to be, albeit a far cry from anything with an air of the taboo or the exotic or mystery that some of us tikifiles crave. More fun, funky, kitschy, bright. I'll have to admit, I twitched when the paint contractor said, 'We're going to paint the walls a chartreuse green".
