I'm not sure about the first lamp.
That is probably a fiberglass type paper.
The second lamp is a fiberglass tube.
I can't find those anywhere. The tube that is.
Don't know about any relief cuts.
Looks like you will have about 15 oblong squares,
glued in each panel.
Don't know the name of that paper. Hobby store will.
Plus Dick Blick has all kind of paper.
OA will know better that I how to fix your lamp.
