On the subject of food, I thought the executive chef (Rick Giffen, somehow lured away from Mon Ami Gabi at Paris next door) and his team did a great job considering they were using portable stoves and other jury rigged equipment. We were planning to go to a late dinner after the tour but no one was hungry! So we went to the Peppermill for (more) drinks instead. |
