Aaaah! Scopitones, my all time fave vintage medium! MTV before MTV. I have two VHSes full of them. Web of love is certainly among the top five. And I had no idea that the Hula Hands one was a Scopitone, a clip from it is in the BBC Tiki docu on my Tiki Archeology DVD.

The combination of American 50s/60s pop music spiced up by the French disposition for cheesecake, together with the minimalist /surrealist low budget sets is just unbeatable.
