unless you have alot of bucks to pursue it, challenging china or mexico for that matter can be time consuming and financially draining.....as far as the states go, it's possible to have customs block any shipments of product that has been "knocked off" in another country from being sold here....i've actually had to have that done at one point....most parts of europe recognize our copyright laws so you may be able to pursue things there relatively simply....the rule of thumb is simply, if you are producing stuff in china or abroad, expect at some point, stuff will get knocked off...especially if the item you have is a popular seller...basically, the more sucessful your products are, the more trouble you will have with folks infringing....check out all the shag stuff that people have attempted to replicate, simply because it sells well. ...or beanie babies from back when they were being hyped....
