I generally choose Hawaiian - I like the bigger 767s, and they fly to LAX and Vegas, but you're not going to go wrong either way. One strange quirk about Hawaiian - they don't take cash for in-flight purchases. If you want that Mai Tai, you're going to have to use a credit or debit card. Weird and annoying.
