The city of Beverly Hill's needs to approve a Enviromental Impact Report before they can bulldoze and build. Son of Kelbo tells me that this intersection is already one of the busiest in California or is it the nation SOK?.
This whole affair about Trader Vic's reminds me of the film "Chinatown" Slimey. With enough attention focused on 90210, who knows what could happen.
