Aloha All -
Those suits were made by (and I am fairly sure worn by) the folks in the Ghastly Ones - Norman and Garret. They made the masks over the course of a few weekends when I was working at an effects shop in LA. Squid's signature was the first time I'd seen the suits "in action" - they look great (looked great in person too!). That is Norman at the beginning of the YouTube short - can't believe folks think he's Jim Carrey!
