I also found the Scottish Clowndoctors post to be a bit over the top.... Asking that this site remove the photo and that we refrain from using it in our "funny" photos is okay. But to say it was causing them problems? The biggest problem I see is that many people, potentially 5,000+ have learned about their organization. Maybe even people who will follow the link and make a "One-Off" donation. Translation from Scottish to English:"one time". There is no such thing as bad publicity. The above post from Scottish Clowndoctor makes it sound as though we, the TC collective, did something wrong. I say: Tempest in a teapot!

One of the side effects of the internet is that any of us can lift any image and save it in our personal computer. Using it for nefarious personal gain is clearly wrong. I hope the Scottish Clowndoctor contacts Barbara and gives her the full legal threats, copyrights materials lecture. But I don't really think they had to remove the photo from their site. Makes it so much easier for Barbara Landry to pull this scam on someone else...
