I'm sure a legal argument can be made about 'tiki' being a genericized trademark. What I do find puzzling, and I think others have brought this up in other threads, is how different mug manufacturers can use the same designs without being sued. Are mug designs in the public domain? Perhaps Holden can shed light on this. |
