But what I don't agree with is the person who said that these chinese punkers, born during the one-child 80's families, were not real punks because they came from good families and were kind of spoiled by being only children.

As I recall, few punkers I knew in the old days were from poverty. Most of them were dressing that way, and living that lifestyle as an antidote to suburban boredome. Most came from nice homes, nice families.

Same as these chinese punkers.
