Is Hoity Toity a Geographic thing?
maybe it would have been back in the 90's when there was no Ebay.
BUt I look at it as more of a financial thing. If you go the $$$$
to buy all the sweet stuff, then you are Hoity Toity.
True much of it is around here. but not all.
